Your First Visit
Please arrive about 10 minutes early so that you have enough time to complete any necessary forms. You can either complete a New Patient Form and Privacy Form when you arrive at your first appointment, or download them below, complete them and bring them with you.
To start, your dentist will review your medical and dental history and complete a comprehensive dental exam. This exam will include a thorough inspection of your bite, jaw, teeth and gums, as well as an oral cancer screening and any x-rays that may be needed.
Your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you. Any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options can also be addressed.
Insurance & Financing
At North Delta Dental Professionals, we'll help you navigate our options for payment, direct billing to insurance companies and financing so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
- Direct Billing to Insurance
For your convenience, we offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically. For you, this means faster reimbursement, no signatures or paper forms needed.
Our administrative team can help you understand your insurance plan better, and cal also send estimates to your insurance company before starting any major treatments.
Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.

You are responsible for any amounts not covered by insurance. These must be paid at your appointment time.

- Do you provide services in any languages other than English?
Yes, our office is also able to provide dental services in Punjabi.
If you have a language preference, please advise us when booking your appointment.
- Does your clinic have on-site parking?
Yes, we have free on-site parking available for all our patients. You can also easily reach us via public transit.
